Pada 23hb Mac 2023 yang lepas DBKL dengan kerjasama Urbanice telah mengadakan Majlis Perasmian Kuala Lumpur SDG Centre Digital Twin dan Pelancaran Kuala Lumpur Voluntary Local Review 2022 bertempat di di Mayor’s Courtyard Biro Pelancongan Kuala Lumpur Jalan Tangsi.

Majlis ini telah disempurnakan oleh YBhg. Datuk Bandar Kuala Lumpur, YBhg. Datuk Seri Haji Mahadi bin Che Ngah dan turut hadir sebagai  jemputan kehormat ialah YBhg. Dato’ Hajjah Hanifah Hajar Taib, Timbalan Menteri Ekonomi.

TPr. Ts. Norliza Hashim, Ketua Eksekutif Urbanice Malaysia turut memberikan ucapan.

Penyediaan Kuala Lumpur SDG Centre Digital Twin ini adalah seiring dengan kemajuan teknologi dan keperluan penyampaian maklumat yang cepat dan telus kepada orang ramai. Platform digital ini akan memainkan peranan sebagai pusat pengumpulan data mengenai usaha-usaha SDG di Kuala Lumpur yang terkini, di samping menggalakkan perbincangan di kalangan warga Kuala Lumpur dan dunia.

Sebagai bukti komitmen Kuala Lumpur kepada pencapaian Matlamat Pembangunan Mampan (SDG), DBKL juga telah menyiapkan Laporan Kuala Lumpur Voluntary Local Review (VLR) dan akan membuat pelaporan pencapai SDG di United Nation High Level Political Forum (HLPF).

On 23rd March 2023, DBKL in collaboration with URBANICE Malaysia held the Kuala Lumpur SDG Centre Digital Twin launch and the Kuala Lumpur Voluntary Local Review 2022 launch at the Mayor's Courtyard, Kuala Lumpur Tourist Information Centre, Jalan Tangsi.

The ceremony was officiated by YBhg. Datuk Bandar Kuala Lumpur, YBhg. Datuk Seri Haji Mahadi bin Che Ngah, and as a guest of honor, YBhg. Dato' Hajjah Hanifah Hajar Taib, Deputy Minister of Economy.

TPr. Ts. Norliza Hashim, CEO of Urbanice Malaysia also gave a speech.

The establishment of the Kuala Lumpur SDG Centre Digital Twin is in line with technological advancements and the need for fast and transparent information delivery to the public. This digital platform will serve as a data collection center for the latest SDG efforts in Kuala Lumpur, as well as encourage discussions among Kuala Lumpur residents and the world.

As proof of Kuala Lumpur's commitment to achieving Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), DBKL has also prepared the Kuala Lumpur Voluntary Local Review (VLR) report and will report SDG achievements at the United Nations High-Level Political Forum (HLPF).
