Job Description

•⁠  ⁠Assist in planning for project and program, developing the concept and scope.
•⁠  ⁠Developing detailed tasks, schedules and work plan.
•⁠  ⁠Managing projects to stay on budget and timeline
•⁠  ⁠Assist to coordinate project’s team members and stakeholders
•⁠  ⁠Documenting and preparing project’s process and progress
•⁠  ⁠Assist to ensure that deliverables meet quality and standards set for the projects.

Key Requirements

•⁠  ⁠Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Project Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
•⁠  ⁠Have at least 3 years of working experience in Project Management and Coordination or a similar role.
•⁠  ⁠Familiar with the Sustainable Development Goals.
•⁠  ⁠Strong organizational and excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
•⁠  ⁠Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•⁠  ⁠Speaking and writing proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
•⁠  ⁠Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•⁠  ⁠A team player and ability to work independently.
•⁠  ⁠Able to join immediately is preferred.
