Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Venue Sourcing and Negotiation: Identify and secure the perfect venues for our events through effective negotiation and strategic sourcing.

Pre-Event Management: Coordinate all preparatory aspects of our events, ensuring everything is in place for a seamless execution.

Day-to-Day Communication: Manage ongoing communications with stakeholders to keep everyone informed and engaged throughout the event planning process.

Event Execution: Oversee and manage all operational aspects of our events, from initial planning to final wrap-up.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure that each event aligns with our organizational goals and exceeds expectations.

Key Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 2-3 years in event management with a proven track record of successful event coordination.

Personality: We appreciate team members who are independent, proactive, and possess a great personality that enhances their work.

Skills: You should excel at managing multiple aspects of event planning, from logistics to execution, with a keen attention to detail.
