📋 Langkah-Langkah Membuat Laporan (Whistleblowing)
Sekiranya anda ingin membuat aduan atau melaporkan sebarang salah laku, sila ikuti langkah di bawah:
- Muat Turun Borang: Dapatkan Borang Laporan Pemberi Maklumat (Whistleblowing Report Form) daripada Folder Google Drive Corporate Governance.
- Lengkapkan Maklumat: Isi semua butiran aduan dengan jelas dan sertakan bukti sokongan (jika ada).
- Hantar Emel: Hantar borang yang telah dilengkapkan secara sulit kepada Pegawai Integriti URBANICE Malaysia.

📋 How to Submit a Whistleblowing Report
Anyone wishing to report any alleged misconduct or unethical practice may follow the steps below:
- Download Form: Obtain the Whistleblowing Report Form from our Corporate Governance Google Drive Folder.
- Fill In Details: Complete the required disclosure details and attach relevant supporting evidence (if available).
- Submit via Email: Send the completed form confidentially to the Integrity Officer of URBANICE Malaysia.
