Majlis Penyerahan Kunci Residensi PR1MA Kota Tinggi kepada penduduk telah disempurnakan oleh YAB Datuk Onn Hafiz bin Ghazi, Menteri Besar Johor bersama YB Nga Kor Ming, Menteri KPKT.

Kerjasama PR1MA bersama URBANICE Malaysia dalam membangunkan pelan strategik ESG, Bandar Mini PR1MA, Inovasi Komuniti Mampan, Projek Solar & Renewable Energy (RE) untuk Komuniti.

Dewan Komuniti di Residensi PR1MA Kota Tinggi merupakan model tunggal dilengkapi dengan tenaga solar dan rainwater harvesting di dewan komuniti atas usaha kolaborasi ESG bersama Perbadanan PR1MA Malaysia.

Turut sama menghadiri dari URBANICE Malaysia ke majlis ini adalah Ketua Eksekutif URBANICE Malaysia, TPr. Ts. Norliza Hashim dan Ketua Pegawai Operasi URBANICE Malaysia, Dr. Mohd Rizal Osman.

The handover ceremony of PR1MA Kota Tinggi Residences to the residents was officiated by the Honorable Datuk Onn Hafiz bin Ghazi, Chief Minister of Johor, together with the Honorable Nga Kor Ming, Minister of KPKT (Ministry of Housing and Local Government).

PR1MA's collaboration with URBANICE Malaysia in developing the ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) strategic plan, PR1MA Mini Township, Sustainable Community Innovation, and Solar & Renewable Energy (RE) Projects for the community.

The Community Hall in PR1MA Kota Tinggi Residences is a unique model equipped with solar energy and rainwater harvesting, thanks to the collaborative ESG efforts between PR1MA Malaysia Corporation and URBANICE Malaysia.

Also present from URBANICE Malaysia at this ceremony were the Chief Executive Officer of URBANICE Malaysia, TPr. Ts. Norliza Hashim, and the Chief Operating Officer of URBANICE Malaysia, Dr. Mohd Rizal Osman.
