"Communication is Everything", that's what YB Nga Kor Ming has emphasised during a meeting with the Corporate Communication Officers under the Ministry's Departments and Agencies.

The Minister encouraged every officers in the ministry to have a quick, creative and proactive attitude because it is one of the important elements in ensuring the solidity of organisational communication as well as the effectiveness of KPKT's communication medium in conveying current initiatives and information to the people.

The discussion, among other things, also emphasised the importance of commitment in the tasks of each officer to ensure the image of the public service is maintained.

In addition, the work process involving public relations activities and strategic communication needs to be strengthened in order to always be relevant to the current situation.
