URBANICE Malaysia and IIUM Forge Strategic Partnership for Sustainable Urban Development
We are thrilled to announce a significant milestone in our journey towards sustainable urban development. URBANICE Malaysia has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM), represented by Y.Bhg Tan Sri Dato’ Dzulkifli Abdul Razak, Rector of IIUM, and TPr Ts Norliza Hashim, CEO of URBANICE Malaysia.
This strategic collaboration aims to empower future leaders with essential skills and hands-on experience to design and implement sustainable strategies. The partnership will also enhance knowledge and technical exchange between both organizations, driving forward the sustainable urban agenda with innovative solutions and shared expertise.
The areas of collaboration include:
1. Urban Planning and Development: Joint efforts to create sustainable and resilient urban spaces.
2. Research and Innovation: Collaborative research projects to address urban challenges
3. Education and Training Programs: Comprehensive programs to equip participants with practical skills and knowledge.
4. Community Engagement and Outreach: Initiatives to involve communities in sustainable urban development.
5. Sustainable Urban Solutions: Development and implementation of green and efficient urban solutions.
