Job Description

  • Oversee the recruitment process including job advertising, interview arrangements, offers, and onboarding.
  • Manage staff probation, confirmations, contract renewals, and staff movements.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Handle employee issues and conflicts professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department.
  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and company events.
  • Handle any other assignments by the management from time to time.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR databases.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both written and spoken).
  • Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Meticulous, organized, and possesses a strong team spirit.
