Assistant Officer of Human Resources

Job Description
Oversee the recruitment process including job advertising, interview arrangements, offers, and onboarding.
Manage staff probation, confirmations, contract renewals, and staff movements.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Handle employee issues and conflicts professionally.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
Provide administrative support to the HR department.
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and company events.
Handle any other assignments by the management from time to time.
Key Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in HR.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR databases.
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both written and spoken).
Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
Meticulous, organized, and possesses a strong team spirit.
