Job Description
Assist in daily HR administrative processes.
Assist in organizing and updating physical files and digital employee records.
Support the preparation of documentation for the onboarding of new hires.
Provide support for company events and employee welfare programs.
Assist with general office tasks as required by the department.
Key Requirements
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong desire to learn and a genuine interest in people management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Proactive, honest, and punctual.
